Good to Know
Booking & Studio Policies
- A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total. You have 24 hours to submit it, or the appointment may be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, or your deposit will be forfeited.
- Missed appointments without notice forfeit the $25 deposit.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your service; more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show.
- Refill scheduling resets after 4+ days since your last visit; refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.
- If fewer than 20% of your lashes remain, a full set may be required instead of a refill.
- Refills are not offered for lashes applied at other studios — those must be removed first, then a full set applied.
- No refunds or credits for changes of mind; unsatisfactory work is redone at no cost. There's a 3-day grace period for fixes related to product/technician issues.
- Only one discount or promotion may be applied per appointment.
- Gratuity isn’t included — a 15–20% tip is appreciated.
- Accepted payments: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay. Prepaid gift cards and checks are not accepted.
- Pets aren’t permitted (guide dogs with a doctor’s note excepted), and additional guests/children cannot be accommodated.
- Sanitation follows Barbicide and Texas Cosmetology regulations.
